TERM 2 timetable KI FLOW healing studio

In Term 2 Commencing April 17th classes will resume as normal 

Tuesday 9.30am and 7pm and also Friday 9.30am.

Then in one months time as of Tuesday May15th -  there will be (as per timetable) one extra KI FLOW Yoga class on Wednesday's at 4 - 5.30pm and 2 new 1 hour KI FLOW Meditation classes will also commence, Tuesday's 5 - 6pm and Wednesday's midday till 1pm.

The KI FLOW Meditation classes will follow a similar process in the way we allow mediation to take place in the KI FLOW Yoga classes.  

The main aspect of KI FLOW Meditation is that of heart-based coherence. 

We will play with varied styles of breath work, unwinding and unravelling right down to the cellar level, dropping into the nervous system and opening up an otherwise closed circuit of communication between the body, mind, emotions and spirit. 

 (un)learning and allowing ones own self awareness to assist healing to take place on an individual and then consequently on a global level. 

Depending on the seasons we will bring in the Oriental 5 element theory as a starting point, as well as drawing from ancient  knowledge and the new awareness we are remembering of our  entire energy systems and plans of consciousness.

We will bring intent in, set goals in our time-lines, and let the intelligence of the breath and the body guide us. 

KI FLOW Yoga & KI FLOW Meditation classes run on an 'in advance' booking system rather then on a drop in basis.

 (as its a therapeutic style of yoga, so more like an appointment session) 

All KI FLOW Yoga classes are 90 minutes and a maximum of 8 students

All KI FLOW Mediation classes are 60 minutes long and a maximum of 10 students.

Ki Flows NEW Studio space in Gardenvale

I've very excited to be moving into my very own space in a few weeks time.

Ki Flow Healing will be situated in a beautiful upstairs light spacious carpeted room where you can book into receive Ki Flow healing & shiatsu treatments and also attend Ki Flow Yoga classes.

I will be running five Ki Flow classes per week, and have at least 3 full days open for healing & Shiatsu treatments, the timetable for term one 2012 should be out just before Christmas..... so watch this space!

Ki Flow Healing Studio is also sharing the same clinic as Revive Naturopathy.

together we will also run comprehensive packages that include, Nutrition, treatments, yoga & meditation.

In the near future Ki Flow healing Studio will also be home to a few other styles of yoga & body awareness practices, again keep checking back to see how its all evolving.

Investment will be $25 per class or discounted if purchased by term or in bulk.

Ki Flow Healing and Shiatsu therapy is a 90 minute session, the investment is $95.

There is a possibility of a late summer earth element, 6 day early morning intensive in February, that will also include one Ki Flow healing/Shiatsu treatment and a raw Vegan breakfast after practice, I'll keep you posted on that!
