As I'm moving my yoga and healing practice back to Elwood after a year in Gardenvale, I'm offering a deal for all to come try out KI FLOW Yoga and Meditation in my new spacious, light filled studio.

Ki FLOW yoga & meditation classes for mind, body & spirit.

KI FLOW is a unique style of somatic therapeutic yoga with an oriental flavour, open to anyone, no matter what experience.

KI FLOW mediation is guided intuitively breath heart, & body centred based. 

Come try out a KI FLOW yoga class for $15 ( Normally $25)
